| Option | Description |
|---|---|
| Edit | Select to edit the credential. |

| Save As | Save a copy of the credential as a new credential. This new credential must have a unique name and CHUID. You can modify any other credential fields if required. |
| Set Property | Select to set a property for the credential object. |
| Edit Person | Select to edit the personnel record with this credential. |
| Actions | |
| Enable | Select to enable the credential object. |
| Disable | Select to disable the credential object. |
| Mark Lost | Select to mark the credential as lost. |
| Mark Stolen | Select to mark the credential as stolen. |
| Mark Temporary | Select to mark the credential as temporary. |

| Activate Temporary | Select to change the status of temporary credentials to Activated. A dialog box appears that allows you to set the duration of the activation. |
| Return Temporary | Select to change the status of
temporary credentials to Unassigned, returning the credential to the pool of
Temporary Credentials available to be assigned. If the Temporary Credential has an identical name as the personnel, returning the credential changes its status from Activated to Assigned. Naming the card identically is assumed to mean that the card should stay with the same-named personnel. |
| Find in Audit | Select this option to Open a Query Parameters dialog box where you can enter prompts and modify the Query criteria to search for entries in the Audit Log that reference the selected object. When found the results display in a separate dynamic view. |
