Clearance editor fields
| Tab | Description |

| General | On the General tab, you can configure the activation and expiration settings for the clearance. If you want to configure the clearance to expire for different users at different times, you can select the Expiring Clearances per Person option. |
| Doors | On the Doors tab, you can you can select the doors and door groups that the clearance can access. Select a schedule for each door and door group, to control the times when the clearance grants access to those objects. |
| Elevators | On the Elevators tab, you can you can select the elevators and elevator groups that the clearance can access. Select a schedule for each door and door group, to control the times when the clearance grants access to those objects. |
| Groups | On the Groups tab, you can view the clearance Groups that this clearance belongs to. |
| User Defined Fields | Use the User Defined Fields tab to modify user-defined fields (UDFs) that apply to the clearance. You can modify the UDFs in the Clearance editor to provide additional information about the clearance. You can configure UDFs in C•CURE 9000. For more information about the User Defined Fields editor, refer to the C•CURE 9000 Software Configuration Guide. |
| Approval |
Use the Approval tab to select an approval rule for the Clearance. Enter a clearance friendly name and description that display in the clearance request in the Access Management Portal. You can also specify that the clearance can be assigned only through the C•CURE Portal. |
| Review |
Use the Review tab to specify how a clearance is reviewed in the Access Management Portal. There are four reviewer rules that can be used. To review clearances Can Approve Requests must be enabled in the Web and Email tab of the operator’s personnel profile. |
