Creating a Holiday

  1. In the Application Selector, click Configuration.
  2. In the navigation menu, expand the Schedule & Holiday menu, and then click Holiday.
  3. In the Holiday module, click Add New.
  4. In the Name field, enter a unique name for the holiday.
  5. Optional: In the Description field, enter a description for the holiday.
  6. If you system is partitioned, in the Partition list, select a partition.
  7. Select one of the following options:
    • To create a non-recurring holiday, complete the following steps:
      1. In the Recurrence area, select the Non-Recurring option.
      2. In the Date/Time Details area, configure the start date and time, and the end date and time.
    • To create a monthly or yearly holiday, complete the following steps:
      1. In the Recurrence area, select the Monthly/Yearly option.
      2. In the Recurrence Pattern area, select Day of Month or Occurrence, and then configure the settings for that option
      3. In the Months area, select the months that these settings apply to.
    • To create a weekly holiday, complete the following steps:
      1. In the Recurrence area, select the Weekly option.
      2. In the Recurrence Pattern area, select the days to include in this holiday.
  8. Click Save.
