Last Known Location - Personnel

This feature can help operators to track employees location during mustering or safety incident.

Operators can clear a personnel last known location and make notes about where the personnel is. Example: Personnel Confirmed to be Offsite.

The Personnel Card displays the Personnel Last Name, First Name, Personnel Type, Door Name, Time Stamp and Card Status (Admitted/Rejected).

Operators can edit the records with the Edit icon.
Note:
  • The Clear Location option is enabled only if the card status is admitted.
  • The Note field is required, and when you update this section, the Save button becomes active.
  1. On the top right of the Personnel panel, click the Edit icon.
  2. In the Note section, add a note for each record.
  3. To clear the last known location, select the Clear Location check box.
  4. Click Save to save the changes.
    After the Clear Location is saved, the card status is displayed as Cleared and the Clear Location check box is disabled but system will still allow the operator to edit the Note.
    Note: Cleared Location is not journaled in C•CURE.
