Clearing the latest location

Operators can edit each record to clear the last known location, and to add a note for each record.

  1. On the top right of the Personnel panel, click the Edit icon.
  2. Add a note for each record in the Note section.
  3. To clear the last known location, select the Clear Location check box. Note section is mandatory for clearing the location.
  4. Note: After the Clear Location is saved, the card status will be displayed as Cleared and the Clear Location check box is disabled but system will still allow the operator to edit the Note.
    Click Save.
