Clearing the latest location

Operators can edit each record to clear the last known location, and to add a note for each record.

  1. On the top right of the Personnel panel, click the Edit icon.
  2. Add a note for each record in the Note section.
  3. To clear the last known location, select the Clear Location check box. Note section is mandatory for clearing the location.
    Note: After you save the Clear Location, the system displays the card status as Cleared, and it disables the Clear Location check box, but it still allows the operator to edit the Note.
  4. Click Save.
    Note: The system does not journal clear location information.
