Attendance Dashboard

Following section describes the functionality of the Attendance Dashboard.

The Attendance Dashboard is a comprehensive solution designed to efficiently track and manage personnel attendance. This dashboard provides a visual representation of attendance data, filtered according to specified criteria, thereby minimizing manual effort and reducing the potential for human error.

Attendance Dashboard benefits you for the following:
  • Automate attendance tracking: The Attendance Dashboard can record the attendance of personnel as soon as they check-in the premise which eliminates the need of manual data entry. This is not the real time tracking of the attendance. This dashboard automates the entire process of tracking and managing attendance, streamlining work flows, and improving accuracy.
  • Aggregate data insight: The Attendance Dashboard aggregates data insights provides a comprehensive and actionable view of attendance-related metrics. It gives a valuable insight of data like average daily attendance, attendance roaster, average attendance frequency etc.
  • Time saving: The Attendance Dashboard typically includes various filter options that allows you to quickly find out the attendance data based on particular criteria, which saves your time and manual efforts from looking for the specific information.
  • Graphical representation of the attendance data: The Attendance Dashboard can generate the reports (daily, weekly, monthly, and hourly) and represent the reports in graphical format, allowing you to quickly analyze trends and track the average of personnel attendance.
License: Based on the license, user can see the following data:
  • No license: UI will display the error message.
  • Default license: Supports for 30 days data.
  • Premium license: Supports for 425 days data.

If the operator has the necessary privileges assigned, they can access all the Attendance Dashboard dashboard features fully.
