Filtering Tools for Last Known Location

You can search for Last Known Location records or personnel records by clicking the Filter Icon on the left side of the toolbar. For information about filter options, see the following table.

Element Description
Saved Filters Displays the list of predefined specific criteria for searching the data.
First Name Type the first name of a Personnel to filter by name.
Last Name Type the last name of a Personnel.
Personnel Type

Select from the list to choose a Personnel type for this Personnel record by clicking and selecting from the dialog box that appears. The system provides four Personnel Types: Employee, Contractor, Visitor, and None.

The default value is None.

If you create additional Personnel types, they also appear in this list. For more information, see Personnel types.

Add Filter System provides other additional fields/options for filtering.
Note: In case if you have 10 Personnel with same First Name and Last Name, operator can use filters available under Add Filter option.
Save Filter Preset Use this option to save applied filters. You can save multiple filters for your reference and also delete them when not required.

If you save a filter with specific values and log out the application, then logging on again to the application and navigating to the Last Known Location, lands you to the last saved filter data.

This option is specific to the individual operator. When one operator creates a filter, it is not accessible to other operators.

Apply Applies the selected filter and populates the Personnel list (Based on Operator Personnel privilege).
Clear Clears the selected filter options.
Pagination (<, > and >ǀ)

The operator can navigate to the next set of Personnel listings. Use the Pagination feature located within the Filter Panel under Personnel Results.

Page Size (dropdown under Personnel Results within the Filter Panel) The operator has the flexibility to select their preferred page size from the provided choices, which include 20, 50, 100, and 200 options.
Note: Operators can choose their preferred page size option from their User Profile settings. After choosing a page size, it is advisable to refresh the browser to ensure the changes take effect.
