Card Activity History

When the operator accesses Door View, the system displays the personnel history. This includes the personnel name, image thumbnail (high resolution), personnel type, door name, card status(admitted or rejected), date and time of the card swipe, and card activity details for the selected personnel. Personnel tab shows the portrait image of personnel.

When the operator is accessing Personnel view, the system displays the Door history including door name, card status (Admitted/Rejected), date and time of the card swipe, and card activity details corresponding to the selected door.

You can select the filter icon on the top right side in the swipe history panel to group your search by the following options:

You can click more details icon in the card activity panel corresponding to the particular door/personnel to view the video.
