Filtering Tools for Access Metrics

You can search for Access Metrics records or personnel records by clicking the Filter Icon on the left side of the toolbar. For information about filter options, see the following table.

Elements Description
Saved Filters Displays the list of predefined specific criteria for searching the data.
Filter By Operator can use either the Partition option or Tags options to filter.
Collection Type You can select Partition or Tag to narrow down the filtered result.
If you select Partition, you must provide following details:
  • Partition: Select the partition from drop down or enter the partition name to search the partition.
  • Door Group: The system populates the Door Group autocomplete field based on the page size, which you can set using user settings, on initial load. If you want to search for a Door Group that is not listed on the initial load, you need to enter a minimum of 3 characters to refine the search.
  • Card Activity Type: Select the card activity type from drop down basis on which you want to search for the information. you can search for the Top N rejects, Top N admits, or Top N admits and rejects card activity types.
If you select Tag, you must provide following details:
  • Tag: Select this option to display the available tags in the system, post selecting the tags all the Doors associated with tags results will be displayed.
  • Card Activity Type: Select the card activity type from drop down basis on which you want to search for the information. you can search for the Top N rejects, Top N admits, or Top N admits and rejects card activity types.
Date Range Select Date Range for monthly basis. You can view data for last 14 months.
Save Filter Preset Use this option to save applied filters. You can save multiple filters for your reference and also delete them when not required.

If you save a filter with specific values and log out the application, then logging on again to the application and navigating to the Access Metrics, lands you to the last saved filter data.

This option is specific to the individual operator. When one operator creates a filter, it is not accessible to other operators.

Apply Apply filters and search.
Clear Clear all filters.
