Risk Score

C•CURE Events now support an additional field called Risk Score which works in combination with the Event Priority to measure the real time urgency of the activated event.

Depending on how the Security Intelligence Rules are configured, the Risk Score is adjusted up or down (depends on the priority) to indicate the urgency of the activated event. This can be very useful in a busy site where the Risk Score value can be used to focus on key alarms which have high Risk Score and lower response priority on events with lowered Risk Score.

Note:

The Event Priority value of the configured Event is never changed or adjusted as that serves as a baseline.
The Risk Score will reset to the default value once the event is acknowledged.
Risk score default value will be same as the priority value.
