System variables for system operations lists system variables used to define settings for System Operations.

Note: Any change you make to this System Operations variable occurs immediately, and does not require a system restart to take effect.

If False, prevents Web Portal users from logging on using Basic Authentication.

If True, allows Web Portal users to log on using Basic Authentication.

Observe Class Level Privilege for Excel Exports

Used to enable or disable the Export to Excel button.

If True, the system asks for the Object type Class Level Privilege for the Export Selection permission, then enable or disable the button based on this.

If False, the Export to Excel button is enabled.

Preserve Aspect Ratio on Map Import

Remove white space around imported maps. When changed this cannot be reverted.

Preserve Auth Session

This variable applies to datacenter mode only.

If True, user sessions are preserved across client application instances for that user.

Schedules Respect all Holiday Groups in Partition

This variable allows you to set the default for the way that partitions affect the relationship between Schedules and Holiday Groups.

If True, all Schedules are automatically influenced by all Holiday Groups in the Default Partition, the Global Partition (if Application Server is enabled), and the schedule partitions.

If false, operators can choose what Holiday Groups influence each schedule.

Note: You must have SYSTEM ALL privilege to change this variable and you must double-click the row to change it.
