System variables for the Monitoring Station lists system variables used to define various settings for the Monitoring Station.

Display Card in Journal and Monitoring Station

Display the card number in Journal and Monitoring Station.

If set to True, the card number displays. If set to False, the card number does not display.

Last Operator Logout

Determines if the last person attempting to log off the Monitoring Station is allowed to do so.

If True, the last person that tries to log off cannot do so.

If False, the last person that attempts to log off is allowed to exit the system. Doing so shuts down the Monitoring Station.

Note: Any change you make to this Monitoring Station variable occurs immediately, and does not require a system restart to take effect.

Disable Event Beep

Note: Event Beep cannot be disabled for Ul applications.

Disable beeping at the Monitoring Station when there are unacknowledged events.

If True, beeping is disabled at the Monitoring Station during the time when there are unacknowledged events

If False, beeping occurs at the Monitoring Station during the time when there are unacknowledged events.

Note: You must restart the Monitoring Station to have any change you make to this variable take effect.

Event Beep Interval

The interval of time (in seconds) that the event beeping lasts at the Monitoring Station.

The value must be between 0 and 300.

Manual Action Default Time Interval

The interval of time (in minutes) that the manual action is active at the Monitoring Station.

The value must be between 1 and 1440.

Skip Old Activity Messages

The interval of time (in hours) that can elapse from when an activity message is generated to when it is received at the Monitoring Station, in order for the message to be displayed. This variable can prevent old activity messages from being displayed after the driver is restarted.

The value must be between 1 and 99999.

Connect Camera Asynchronously

Determines if a video view can connect to a camera asynchronously to improve the responsiveness of the client.

If True, a video view can connect to a camera asynchronously.

If False, a video view cannot connect to a camera asynchronously.

Swipe and Show Timeout

The inactivity time interval (in seconds) that an image and its data are displayed in the Swipe and Show viewer until the image and data are removed. A value of zero (default) the image and data is not removed.

Operator's Shift Duration

Operator shift duration for the Monitoring Station. The variable format is hh:mm.

The minimum value is 0.

The maximum value is 1440 minutes (or 24:00).

To prevent shift tracking, set the value to 0 or 00:00.

If you activate shift tracking, the Monitoring Station operator receives a warning message five minutes before their shift ends. If the operator does not react to the warning message, they are automatically logged off the Monitoring Station in five minutes.
